Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Bonjour,

Mon imprimante refuse toute impression en affichant un bourrage papier.

Sauf qu'on a suivi au moins 20 fois les recommandations pour supprimer le bourrage papier et qu'il n'y a aucun papier dedans.

 

En plus, impossible de contacter HP... ne serait-ce que pour envoyer un mél.

Et quand en fin de procédure, l'indication est d'envoyer l'imprimante en réparation, ça fait un peu mal pour une imprimante qui a moins de 6 ans.

 

Si quelqu'un peut me conseiller un nouveau modèle d'imprimante, mais pas de HP, je suis preneur.
