Jammed paper error message shows but no paper. I have done all the roller cleaning, resetting the printer but to no avail. It will not print at all. Any suggestions.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Paper Jam' Error
Also, check if the print carriage is moving freely- 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays
If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
