Product: HP ENVY 5020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear community, the drum unit pulls the paper from the first day in operation about 2 inches to far prio to print. The same issue occurs while printing from a PC or while scanning a paper on the printer. The outcome is always an offset of the printing pages or of the copy of a page. Update of the latest printer software did not help. Who can help?
