Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've looked at videos, changed the size on my printer, made sure the envelope size showed on my print screen and it still will not print.   Pulls envelope in then stops and says paper size not found.  I've put in two envelopes, I just do not know what else to do.  Using #10 envelope from Microsoft Word and Stamps.com
