HP Envy 120 Printer won't print picture photos. Keeps saying no paper has been inserted

Hi, I am trying to print some picture photos. However every time I try to put the Media Glossy Photo Paper 250 gsm 150mm x 100mm photo paper in, it tries to print and then says cannot print due to no paper being in the tray. It has printed 2 images after cancelling randomly but for some reason just won't take the images.
