Product: HP DesignJet Z6 44-in PostScript Printer

Hi, Whenever I attempt to load a single sheet into the printer one of two things happen, it eithers says that the sheet is loaded incorrectly or if it does detect and feed the paper, after it goes through the process of being aligned to the blue line it will feed the paper through the machine until it hits the floor then says that the sheet cannot be longer than 66 inches. I've opened up the machine and cleaned the sensor and ran calibrations and this still happens. In the diagnostics menu the SIVA 1 sensor test fails and detects media even if there is none in the printer.
