when i try to print manually from tray 1, printer stops and i get a "jam in tray 2" message

I have seen this a few times, and usually it is a failed optical sensor in the manual paper path.Repairatrooper_0-1704921813095.png

Sadly these is no part number. It is a generic optical sensor that HP uses for many  printers. I harvest them from retired printers.
