Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp LaserJet pro m402dw paper jam in cartridge.

 

its 5 to 6 paper or more then 10 paper pick-up and print quality is very good also. but sometime its showing error messages paper jam in cartridge. I already change the new Cartridge. but its same issues.

This is a new printer, only printing 4500 pages. can anyone help me abut this issue please?

Are these OEM cartridges or 3rd party? The drum drive design on this model is patented and 3rd party work arounds often do not work very well. It may also be the small metal strip before the transfer roller (sponge roller mounted in bottom of cartridge cavity) which can become dislodged and snag paper.
