Product: Hp laser jet pro printer mfp 125nw
Operating System: Other
I used translucent paper and it got stuck on the roller that is inside the printer. You can’t even hardly see the roller. I need help hopefully without taking the whole printer apart. Please. Ty

YOu will need to disassemble the whole printer apart because if you don't then pulling the rolled media will be impossible or make severe damage to the printer.
Even with the disassembled part, you need to take a lot of care when removing jammed media because it's probably stuck around itself from heat.
