I had a paper jam on my laser jet MFP so I had to open the lid and now I can't close it.  Can anyone help?

I understand you are facing a paper jam issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
