Product: HP ink jet printer #8025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Just purchased HP inkjet printer #8025. While setting up for operation I found that the paper input tray is not functional. It seems that the plastic is fused so that the slide that allows for the change in paper size is frozen at the 8x14” paper size and will not slide to accommodate 8.5×11” size paper. There does not seem to be a fix for this since the plastic tray is molded frozen. Anyone have this problem and what is solution?
