M475dw

Good afternoon,

I have a LasetJet Pro MFP M475dw, I constantly get "Jam in output bin. Open rear door and clear jam.".

I have found many posts where people indicate what they have done and it has solved it seems (some temporarily) the issue.

First question: how do you "debug" the problem (in this case, identify which sensor is indicating the jam)?

Second question: if indeed, one needs to replace a roller, where do you buy them (I need to have it delivered to France)?

Thank you in advance,

Eric

The pickup roller is an RM1-4426 and are readily available on Ebay and probably the HP Store.

Thank you for the reference, very useful.

Do you have an idea on how to identify which sensor is leading to the "jam in output bin" issue?

thank you

Eric
