M527 ADF grinding noise

I am having an issue with the ADF on my Enterprise M527. When closing the ADF, it makes a grinding noise and only recently, the grinding noise also started when paper is getting fed. Not sure what to do, I've cleaned the rollers, took it out and seeing if there is anything wrong but it looks fine so far. I think there is some misalignment but fear opening it and messing something up.

If you already checked the gears on the ADF rollers and they´re fine, it means the cause of the noise is internal on the ADF mechanism.

You can also check that the ADF access door is properly closed.

This kind of ADF doesn't have replaceable parts which means you should replace the whole Document feeder. 

Or you can go with an Authorized Service Provider.

ADF door, after inspecting the rollers, would make that grinding noise even after pressing down and hearing the click.

Well, I'll contact an authorized service center, there should be one in my area I believe otherwise I'll call the 1-800 number. Thank you for the feedback.
