I just bought an OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Every time I try to print, it feeds between 5 and 20 sheets of paper, causing continual jamming. It is plain paper that works fine in another printer, not sticky or staticky. I am unable to print more than one page at a time, and often not even that. Any ideas on what is causing this and how to solve it?
Thanks.

I followed the instructions and the printer is free of paper jams, and other debris. I just printed a single page document, and immediately following the document, the printer sent out 3 blank pages, then showed a message saying the paper tray was open (it wasn't). After about 2 minutes, the message disappeared and the printer fed one more blank page through.
This was a better result than almost every other print attempt, as it seemed to only pull one page at a time.
