@Trizzy_, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
If your HP ENVY 6020e is printing blank pages even though there's enough ink, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
Check Ink Levels
- Ensure both black and color cartridges have sufficient ink.
- You can check this using the HP Smart app or your printer’s control panel.
Run a Printhead Cleaning
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your printer > Printer Settings > Tools > Clean Printhead.
- Print a test page. If it's still blank, run the cleaning cycle up to two more times.
Print a Test Page
- This helps determine if the issue is with the printer or the document.
- In the HP Smart app, go to Printer Reports > Print Quality Report.
Check for Firmware Updates
- Outdated firmware can cause printing issues.
- Visit HP Software and Driver Downloads and enter your printer model to check for updates.
Reinstall or Update Printer Drivers
- Uninstall the current printer software.
- Download and install the latest version from 123.hp.com.
Check Paper and Print Settings
- Ensure the correct paper type and size are selected.
- Also, verify that you're not printing in "Draft" mode, which can sometimes cause faint or blank prints.
Try a Different Document
- Sometimes the issue is with the file itself. Try printing a different document or image.
