I am getting a notification that 'Incompatible Ink Cartridges'. I have done and partial and semi partial restart and the notification still shows up.
NOW, the carrier will NOT move from the right side of printer. Help!!

Looks like a carriage jam on the printer, if you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
