For the past two days I after having to try to print a PDF.I cleaned out the tray,but not working.When using the smart print or test print it worked.Do I need to uninstall the drivers then reinstall?Constantly received messages out of paper.Only works when using diagnostic tools then print test page.Is it possible to deactivate this error message

I see that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this link


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware from this link
