I had a paper jam in my ADF and one of the orings broke off one of the rollers in the output tray when I cleared the jam.  It caused the pages to start coming out skewed and to fall off printer even with guard up.  The ADF is also now dropping the scanned pages in reverse order in the tray because the output rollers won't release each page in time.  I have had someone replace the broken oring on the roller, but the ADF is still dropping in reverse order.  Is there a way to fix this?

My printer tech solved the problem.  When he placed the replacement oring on the roller,  there was another rubber piece that was"spikey" that he positioned in an inverted fashion.  He turned it around and made it match the other side and it fixed the problem.  All pages drop in the ADF tray in the correct order now and lay flat in the feeder after scanning.

By the way, he did have to unscrew some items to get to the rollers.  They are not accessible any other way.
