Hi,
I'm struggeling with my almost new (<1year) OfficeJet Pro 9010 series (Model 9015).
If I start scanning documents by ADF and duplex, almost every 2nd paper stucks/jamed when it goes back for turn over.
Means:
Feed in from the inlet down to the outlet area is ok.
Moving back from the outlet area to turn over and back to the outlet area, it getting stuck.
I clened all the roller I saw with destilled water, but it does not really help.
Is there something to adjust? Some other ideas I can chek which might helpful?
Or do I have to return it back to HP for warranty repair because all I can do is waste time by trying a self repair ;-).
Thank you and BR, 12 paw

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Does it happen on copies too from the ADF? Do the scans come out well from the scanner glass?
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Let me know if this helps.
