When printing, the document is being sent to printer but keeps coming up with 'Paper jam' or 'Paper tray not inserted correctly' error message.
I have turned printer off and on again > Every time now it comes up with 'Load Paper' message - even though there is paper in the tray
I have checked and NO paper is jammed and, tray is inserted correctly.
I have gone through Printer preferences > Paper quality > source is set to Main Tray
I have checked all paper guides to make sure they are not too tight
Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you

@Nilmini, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
