Paper is jamming in my Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw printer.  I have two sharp folds that occur in the center of the paper with an event code 13.09.04.  I have cleared this and it has happened several times after clearing.  I am attaching photos of the error code and what paper looks likeIMG_7481.jpgIMG_7482.jpg

Where in the printer do you find this page jammed? That type of folding typically is caused when a component that is supposed to rotate is not and the paper gets jammed against it.

The paper is coming out to the point where it would be pulled in for the duplexing function to be printed on the back side.IMG_7485.jpgIMG_7484.jpg

Not clear, are you trying to duplex or are you just using that as an example of how far the paper comes out?

it was a 2 sided page which was printing and that is where it stopped.  Tried to print single sided and it did the same.
