Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Paper jam issue : Tried all options as specified by HP documentation related to this issue. Did anyone face such issue, please share any resolutions

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
