- 8600 Pro Plus printer. Display indicated I need cyan ink. I reluctantly got it; the other ink levels showed nearly full. Now there's apparently a paper jam - a phantom paper jam - there is NO paper jam. Now, it's displaying that I need magenta and yellow ink. I don't have $80 to get this thing to work. I just need to print in black.
- I can't believe how dysfunctional this website is!!
- Shop, feedback buttons do not work at all.
- How did you like it popup comes up - covering the page I'm trying to access - and NO way to clear it or send feedback

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
