Product: HP Envy inspire 7900e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey,

everytime I try to print the printer tells me that there is either a paper jam or that the phototray is blocked. Both problems appear with and without paper in it.

I did a factory reset and the printer worked finde for one day. Today its jamming again.

I cleaned the printer and checked if there is any paper in it.
