Photo tray blocked

Hi, I am having the exact same issue with my HP ENVY 7645. It says "The phototray is blocked. Please adjust and try again" - I have tried all the troubleshooting with no success. please send help!

I have the envy 7855 and have the same problem.  Is this a continuing problem with the envy series? The first envy I had was a piece of garbage and I had hoped you had changed it.  Evidently, I gave HP too much credit.  The photosmart series was a lot better. The whole printer industry seems to be headed down a dead end path with all the proprietary dirty tricks. if you would sell your ink for a reasonable price there would be no need for the compatible ink. Your greed killed my officejet pro 8710 with compatible ink. i bought this envy because I have a big stock of hp papers.  Epson does not print well on them. Now with you pushing hardware that is trash, you might start thinking about a new course. And if I was an employee, I would be looking for a different job.
