HP Photosmart D7460 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an older Photosmart D7460 printer that will no longer feed photo paper from either tray.  It feeds regular paper just fine.  You can hear the rollers spinning, but they don't pick up the photo paper.  I have tried cleaning the rollers, but that hasn't helped.  Suggestions will be appreciated.

With age, the rubber rollers are getting hard and losing grip making it difficult to feed heavier paper. Cleaning is the first step, if that doesn't help to replace the rollers with the new ones will be close to mission impossible. Get yourself a rubber restorer liquid that will soften the rubber rollers.
