Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I really like my 'Photosmart wireless-all-in-one' but it now fails to recognise that a sheet of paper is present.

I cleaned the rollers, checked for any blockage or broken parts.No joy.

If I run the 'Extended self test' and gently push a single sheet in then it will pick-up and print.

Its been my best ever printer and in all other respects its still serviceable.

 

If there's no solution...

Any advice on what is a good replacement?
