Has anyone else experienced really poor response on HPs Whats App 'support' service? Its taken over a week to sort out a printer problem and get agreement for a faulty unit under warranty to be replaced. I have wasted so much time waiting for a response and then having to say the same thing over and over again as the bot doesn't seem to pick up on your answers. Hard to believe the fault was because I didn't use HP-branded paper. Very unimpressed and won't be rushing to use HP products in future.
