Product: HP Office Jet pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 printer will not feed paper straight and therefore jams. I had a sheet with labels, and that got stuck. Don't know if one of the small labels could be stuck somewhere I can't see. I have checked by taking paper out with "handle" device being removed (by ink cartridges), and taking out paper tray and turning it on its back to see if I could find anything. There is no paper stuck in the printer. How do I get it to start feeding paper straight into feed areas? It worked beautifully until about 15 mins. ago. Thank you
