Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to print on 80 lb (216GSM) card stock and the card stock will not feed manually. I have cleaned the rollers as instructed and no change, still will not feed.

Did you print before on that card stock?  That is too heavy, it's not supported.

 

Media weight supported (metric)
60 to 163 g/m² (Uncoated/Matte, recommended), however up to 175 g/m² Postcards and 200 g/m² HP Matte is allowed in the driver; 60 to 163 g/m² (Coated/Glossy, recommended), however up to 175 g/m² Postcards and 220 g/m² HP Glossy is allowed in the driver.
