I received the dreaded 60.02 error message. Everything I read suggests it is the lifter motor assembly. I found a replacement part, but it looks very difficult to get to on the machine. Anyone want to walk me through it, or know if a video?

This is a repair I do not think I have done myself. You may find a video on Youtube. There are also several websites where you can purchase a service manual that will help with the job.

Thank you, Repairatrooper!
Unfortunately, nothing on YouTube for this particular model - at least, nothing I could locate. I did find a manual. I'll let you know how it goes. Maybe I'll even make a video of it for someone else...

This is not a common repair on this model so not really surprised that you did not find a video. Best advice. Take your own pictures before disconnecting cables so you have a color photo of what things look like. Not really needed the 5th time you do this type of repair but the first time it eliminates guess work for reassembly.
