Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620

After paper jam I removed the blocked sheet. No paper jam now, but the message stays and impossible to use the menu.

Only OK on the message whichs loop to the same message.

 

Can someone tell me how to resety printer without using the touch-screen or how the remove message to get the touch-screen.

 

HP Phone support said to buy a new printer (great work !!!)

You will not be able to reset the printer if the touchscreen is not working.
