I have a brand new HP Envy Inspire. I have been trying to print photos and it will not. It say “Remove any jammed paper and make sure the paper tray is installed properly,”. Well there no jammed paper and the tray is installed properly. I cleared the print queue and tried to print anything from Word but it keeps saying it’s jammed but when I flip over the printer, it’s clear. Suggestions?

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).
- Do you have the error message on the printer control panel or on the printer application?
- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
