I need help regarding my printer scanner. Someone accidentally scanned in a packed and one of the sheets was stapled together. Without realizing it they scanned it and since then it does not scan. tried to check to see if the staple is visible when i open the lid but i don't see anything so not sure if it's stuck inside the printer? or if it messed something up internally? Below is the type of printer we have. How do i fix this or contact support?
