Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

OLD PRINTER SENT FOR NEW... PLEASE  HELP

HP Office Jet Pro 9015e All-In-One Printer.

  New printer jammed and had to be Ret'd in first 2 weeks.  Replacement sent to me was registered to someone else, returned in 2022 and has expired before the date they sent it to me.  I cannot get any help.  No telephone nos.  HELP from someone please.  This replacement is a piece of junk and won't print.  Probably why it was Ret'd from other person.
