I can't print Tabloid size from Tray 2

What driver are you using? If it is a Microsoft provided driver they often do not provide the correct options. The look of your trays suggests that because it shows photo tray and tray 1, most often the primary tray on an HP is called Tray 2 and a single sheet or manual feeder is called tray 1.
