The printer starts printing and stops at about 1/5th of the page. I’ve made the pdf into a jpg, used my phone iPad and MacBook, the printer just stops and makes it stupid jingle that it’s done. I’ve been trying to contact HP but they make me use the dumb virtual agent anydkeep sending me down the loop. No phone nr to be found anywhere. @Ferry2, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
To assist you better,
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Keep me posted.
