I am trying to print an eBay shipping label on Avery labels, which are thicker than the labels I used before. Even though I set up the printer for thicker paper (both on the printer dashboard and in printer preferences on my computer), it just shoots the label paper through and prints the actual label on plain paper. None of the previous forum answers seem to fix the problem, primarily because the options don't show up on my printer's control panel. Help?

top / bottom (portrait)

or

left / right (landscape)

:Arrow_Right:  Are the labels (the paper) made for Inkjet or Laser printer?

This is important.

An example - PDF printing - Avery 5912

Avery label 5126 (labels are two up on the 8.5x11 sheet. I'm printing directly from eBay but I do believe it's a pdf file that downloads.

I just looked. You're right, they're for laser printers. Didn't notice that.

Thanks!
