Product: Hp envy pro 6400 all-in-one

I tried sending a worksheet to print on my printer and it wouldn't stop sending out blank papers or random symbols. 

I trued turning it off and on again, and sending other types of jobs to it, but it would do the same thing. 

Any help or suggestions?

More likely a corrupt or wrong driver or a bad file.

HP Recommended

When I sedum work to be printed to the printer email it does the same thing over and over.

I may send different type of formated emails but the printer just goes haywire.

 

How can I fix this ?
