Bought new set of original HP cartrrdges for HP office jet pro 8715, balck not working properly, printer not used for a long time, alsp when using HP smart to clean cartridges it does not perfoem clean operation, when alignment used only one colour is being printed for the whole page?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors the issue persists, it could be a cartridge/printhead failure.
