After update by HP Print and Scan Doctor I'm getting the error message "paper jam in tray 2". I checked all recommended places on front and rear sides but found no jammed paper. Also tipps here didn't help.

Maybe a firmware downgrade can help, but I wasn't able to find the older version. Please advise!

The case has been resolved by the support agent.

While the printer is starting, press and hold your finger on the display in the middle right until "Initialize" appears on the screen. This will reset all settings, including wifi. Wifi will need to be reconfigured.

Hi @vadymura,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

But I see that, it did not help. This looks like a hardware issue.

This might require one-on-one interaction via remote assistance to fix the issue.

Hi @Elohi_NR, thank you for your advice. I will contact the helpline on Monday.

Unfortunately I can't mark your reply accepted as solution because it is not a solution yet.

But thanks again!

Regards,

Vadymura
