Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
im having same issues as link in this I have tried everything and nothing works to fix it I have a hp color laserjet pro MFP M177PCLmS OR hp color laserjet pro MFP M177fw with false unclearable ADF paper jam code link to same

Hello,
You will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:
- Turn the product off.
- Press the right arrow button.
- Hold this button as you turn the product on.
- When Permanent storage init. appears on the display, release the right arrow button.
- When the product has finished the initialization, it returns to the Ready state.
- Reconfigure your printer to connect it to the wireless network or the Ethernet network.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the product software on the computers.
