Product: hp laser jet printer p1566
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

the 1st paper printing, the 2nd paper is jammed in halfway, exactly at same point. 

 

problem persists even after resetting 

no paper inside the printer - checked it.

Feeding the second page part way could indicate that either your printer is pulling a second sheet due to a sticking pickup solenoid or your paper size settings on your printer do not match the paper you have loaded. When feeding if you hear or see the pickup roller make extra rotations this is a clear signal that your solenoid is sticking. There are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to resolve this problem.
