asking for the help for the Error of paper jam, details below;

As per community policy, you should not post any personal data such as serial numbers on this board.
As for your jamming issue, you have provided no details at all which makes it impossible to provide an answer. You need to supply details, where is the jam, is the paper crinkled or does the printer just stop without damaging the paper. What size paper, does the issue happen all the time or is it intermittent.
The more details you can provide about your issue, the better someone will be able to help you.
