Hello! I have an issue with printer connection to the new account HP Smart. Some time ago we discovered that our country of residence was indicated incorrectly and because of this new cartridge could not be delivered to us. Some guy from support said that we need to create new account with correct country, cancel subscription on Smart INC,  delete printer from old acc and add it to the new acc but now we have some issue - HP Smart see this printer but after the complete process of adding a printer nothing happens and the printer is not visible in HP Smart . So, the question is , why can't printer be added to the new account? And what do we need to do now, maybe we can somehow change region on old account?

Thanks for the answer, but I can see my printer while I adding it to the HP Smart, we literally used it several days ago while subscription was active, the issue is after adding process is done - the printer does not appear in the application and I can't use It or subscribe on Smart Ink
