Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Операционная система Windows 8.1 64 разрядная, принтер HP LaserJet P2014, часто принтер отказывается печатать приходится переустанавливать драйвер, при том что приходится удалять все следы этого принтера. Иногда определяется как неизвестное устройство. На Windows 7 работает без проблем. С чем это может быть связанно?

Operating system Windows 8.1 64 bit, HP LaserJet P2014 printer, often the printer refuses to print you have to reinstall the driver, despite the fact that you have to remove all traces of this printer. Sometimes defined as an unknown device. On Windows 7 works without problems. What could be the reason?
