This printer has stopped printing #10 enveloped correctly - worked before. Now, using the same file and settings, it only prints half of the middle address and does that off center at the top of the envelope. Have tried all sorts of settings - any help would be appreciated having wasted so much time trying to fix this would have been cheaper to get a new printer.

Hi @Dimasar,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings are correctly configured for #10 envelopes. Verify that the paper size and type settings match those of the envelopes you are using.
Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Updated firmware can fix bugs and improve printer performance. You can download the latest firmware from the HP Support website.
Use the Correct Software: Ensure you are using the correct software or driver for your printer. You can update or reinstall the driver from the HP Support website.
Check Print Driver Settings: Double-check the settings in your print driver. Ensure that the envelope size and layout are correctly selected in the page setup options.
Printer Alignment: Verify that your envelopes are loaded correctly in the printer. The guides should be snug to the edges of the envelopes without bending them. Misalignment can cause printing issues.
Clean Printer Rollers: Sometimes print issues can be caused by dirty rollers. Clean the rollers to ensure smooth feeding of envelopes.
Test with Different Software: Try printing from a different software application to rule out issues with the current program.
Perform a Hard Reset: Turn your printer off and unplug it for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve printing issues.
Run Printer Diagnostics: Use the printer’s built-in diagnostic tools to check for and resolve any issues. This can usually be done through the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.
I hope this helps.
