HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have two  OfficeJet Pro 9135 printers - each in different locations. one uses a chrome laptop, the other will be connected to a Windows PC. My question is can I have 2 of the same printers connected to the HP smart app? 

I'm having trouble connecting a 2nd one to the app, but i'm not sure if there is a connectivity issue to the app or this is not an option.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

HP Smart is able to support 2 similar printer models.

 

When adding the 2nd printer, be sure that it is in the "Setup mode", do a Reset network to defaults if necessary.
