Product: OfficeJet Pro 8600

About a week ago, my OfficeJet Pro 8600,  removed the one-sided/two-sided option from the print menu.   I ran diagnostics but  no errors were found.   Do I need to reinstall the a driver or the HP app?

Right after I posted, I decided to uninstall the printer from Windows 10, then search for  "new" printers.   After Windows 10 found the 8600, I re-installed it.   That worked for me.   Thanks anyway.

Hello @TLC_TGO,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.
Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed

 

If not, change to installed.
