Hello - I am trying to set up my printer on my work laptop (it is currently set up on my personal chromebook) and when prompted to enter WIFI direct pin, which i do within seconds - i get an alert that the printer quit waiting and try again. I did 4 times and I reset the printer - started from scratch again. Please help as I am working remotely and need to have the ability to print. Thank you

I understand that your new printer is not connecting wireless. I'd like to help!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:


Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?


Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?


How is the printer connected to USB or Wireless? 
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
